1. Update your drivers.
- click start
- click on Contol Panel
- click on Hardware and Sound
- look for Devices and Printers, but dont click on it
- Devices and Printers has four tabs under it....Click on Device Manager
- Window will pop up, your video card should be under "Display adapters" if its not look for your video card
- Once you found it, right click on it and then click properties.
- A window will pop up with four tabs, click on Driver
- You will see 5 buttons
--- if the "roll back driver" is highlighted, Click on it
---if the "roll back driver" is not highlighted. click on "Update Driver"
- Another window will pop up, click on
- Follow the rest of the instructions.
2.You should try setting your computer to a previous restore point
(note this will restore your computer to a previous state and newly installed programs will we uninstalled and all changes made will be set to previous version)
- click start
- click on Contol Panel
- click on System and Security (sheild with a circle)
- click on Action Center
- Scoll down and click on recovery
- click on Open System Restore
- window will pop up, click on choose a different restore point
- click next
- chose the second or third one(if only two select the olderst one)
- click next and follow the instructions
3. Last method is looking for the driver for you video card and installing it yourself. You can use the first method and and instead of selecting "Search automatically for updated driver software" click on the second option.
